Even while working for the Sangh, Shri Somdev found acceptance for his ideas among his people across religious and political barriers. To build a unified Kerala based on religious harmony among Hindus, Christians and Muslims; to unite the Hindu society by eradicating casteism and to revive a Hindu renaissance through Neo- Hinduism – these have been the dreams of P.R.Somdev. Encouraged by the enthusiastic support of people from all walks of life, he decided to launch a socio-cultural organization called SDBI (Sreenarayana Dharma Bharati of India). SDBI is a Hindu movement with Sree Naraya Gurudeva as a socio-political icon that aims to build Hindu-Christian-Muslim unity and to eradicate religious fanaticism and terrorism of every kind.
