Gayathri A R works as Operations Associate at We Grow Forest Foundation. She takes care of Marine Littering & Sustainable Beach Management projects. She coordinates, manages and executes clean-up activities and awareness campaigns for the Sea of Change programme. She is indulged in handling projects related to waste management, marine littering, ecosystem restoration, and other related efforts.

Gayathri is an undergraduate student in BA Sociology at Kerala University. She is an artist with a deep passion for nature. Being a nature enthusiast, she is concerned about the current state of the environment and strives to identify long-term solutions. She brings up solutions that embrace conservation, restoration, and improved land management activities that shoot up carbon storage or avoid greenhouse gas emissions. Through various projects, she is also responsible for improving global forest cover.
